You can access your activity log by clicking the Activity Log button on your timeline, under your cover.
Note: Only you can see your activity log. However, all of the stories in your activity log are eligible to appear other places on Facebook, like your timeline or in your friends’ News Feeds.
And Then Control What Goes on Your Timeline
1. Look for the dropdown menus at the top-right
2. Click on the Privacy Settings button
3. Choose How tags work tehn click edit settings
4. Turned on Timeline Review
If you've turned on Timeline Review in your Privacy Settings, you'll find your pending posts at the top of your activity log. You can quickly approve new content and tags from your friends by clicking the check mark, or you can X them out if you don’t want them to appear on your timeline.
Profile (Timeline) Review is a privacy option that lets you approve or reject posts that you've been tagged in before they go on your profile (timeline). When you turn it on, posts may already be visible in other places on Facebook, but they won't appear on your profile (timeline) until you approve them. When you have a post to review, it will show up in the Pending Posts section of your profile or in your activity log (if you you've upgraded to timeline).
Other than that this is an easy way to avoid spam on your profile..happy facebooker...:)
