If you are familiar with unzipping files onto your memory card (attaching phone to computer in Mass Storage mode), then here are the voice files off the official Nokia Gate5 server:
----------------------------------------------------------
Extract contents of any voice file(s) you require to cities\diskcache\voices on your phone (or technically your phone's memory card). Overwrite / replace if prompted; some files in each of these voice packs is the same.

To get voice guidance activated:
1. Open Maps
2. Click on the Spanner/Wrench at bottom left
3. Select Navigation>Drive or Walk>Your downloaded voice pack (should have a phone icon at left side)
4. Go back to maps home screen>Drive or Walk>Set Destination
5. As soon as you start moving you should be getting voice instuctions.
Try it when you start moving. I expected the same thing the first time I tried the voice-guided navigation on Nokia, but it doesn't always guide you until you start moving. Let us know how you went on.
Hope it works for you.
